Megan Doscher

Megan Doscher is a skilled leader in cybersecurity and technology assurance, currently serving as Branch Chief, Security at Scale at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since December 2022. In this role, Megan oversees a team focused on secure-by-design initiatives and cybersecurity supply chain risk management. Previously, as Section Chief for Technology Assurance, Megan led efforts to develop guidelines for secure technology product development. At the US Department of Commerce, NTIA, Megan worked as a Senior Policy Advisor from August 2016 to December 2022, where responsibilities included advising on cybersecurity and 5G policy and leading the Communications Supply Chain Risk Information Partnership. Prior to that, at Booz Allen Hamilton, Megan held the position of Lead Associate for nearly 12 years, managing a significant healthcare reform project for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Megan holds a B.S. in Journalism from Syracuse University and an M.A. in Criminal Justice/Security Management from The George Washington University.
