Michael M.

Michael M. is the Acting Chief of Protective Security at the Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. They bring a wealth of experience in homeland security, risk mitigation, and emergency management, having previously served as an Anti-Terrorism and Emergency Management Officer in the U.S. Navy, and in various strategic roles at FEMA and the U.S. Department of Transportation. Michael holds a Master of Arts in Homeland Security & Defense from the Naval Postgraduate School and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Chapman University. They actively contribute to state and local security policies through their appointment to the Governor’s Commission on Homeland Security in Nevada.
