Michael's background includes significant roles in the US Navy, where duties encompassed Engineering Watch Supervisor, Training Coordinator, and Quality Assurance Supervisor, showcasing expertise in reactor operations and training management. Michael holds a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Policy and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Utica University, along with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University.
