Federal Attack Surface Testing (fast) Program Lead

Michael Rocha has extensive experience in cybersecurity, currently serving as the Federal Attack Surface Testing (FAST) Program Lead at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since August 2014. Michael has held multiple roles within the agency, including Penetration Tester, Federal Lead, Phishing Lead, Cyber Hygiene Engineer, and Deputy Project Manager. Prior to this, Michael gained experience as an Information Security Support Analyst Intern at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas in the summer of 2013. Michael earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Cyber Security from California State University-San Bernardino, completing the program in 2014.
