Michael Swirzinski

Michael Swirzinski, M.S., PMP, SecurityPlus, and ITILv3 certified professional, currently serves as the Agency Cyber Officer for the Federal Enterprise Improvement Team at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since September 2022. With extensive experience in cybersecurity and program management, previous roles include positions such as Cybersecurity Engineering Branch Head and Cybersecurity Deputy Portfolio Director at the United States Department of the Navy. Leadership experience encompasses serving as President and Vice President of Treasury for the PMI Hampton Roads Chapter. Michael also held project management positions at Anthem, Inc., PRA Group, and UNISYS, where responsibilities included compliance program management and overseeing complex IT projects.
