N'gai O. is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Cybersecurity Advisor at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since August 2022, N'gai previously held the position of Chief Information Security Officer at the Puerto Rico Innovation and Technology Service from February 2021 to September 2022. Prior to that, roles included Director of the Information Systems Division and Internal Audit Manager at the Office of the Comptroller of Puerto Rico from August 2013 to February 2021. N'gai also worked as an IT Consultant at M&N IT Group, CORP between August 2012 and August 2013, and as a Senior Technical Analyst in Operations Support at Pfizer from 2006 to 2012.
