Pete Dayok

Pete Dayok is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in red team operations and information security analysis. Currently serving as a Red Team Operator at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since February 2021, Pete has previously held critical roles at BNY Mellon as a Principal Information Security Analyst and at DISA as a Red Team Operator/Penetration Tester, where activities included evaluating the agency’s defenses against advanced persistent threats. Earlier in the career, Pete worked at SAIC as a Systems/Database Engineer, focusing on identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities in web applications, and at CSC as an Application Designer Associate Professional, gaining experience with Oracle Applications and data transformation. Pete holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.
