R. Christopher Brown

R. Christopher Brown has extensive experience in cybersecurity and forensics, currently serving as the Chief of the Network Forensics Section at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since November 2017, with prior roles as Deputy Section Chief and Incident Response Team Lead. Previously, R. Christopher Brown worked at ManTech International Corporation as a Principal Cyber Security Analyst and at CACI International Inc in various positions, including Program Manager for the US Army DOMEX Program. R. Christopher Brown's early career includes significant roles at the Frederick County Sheriff's Office as a Certified Forensic Computer Examiner, as well as military service in the Virginia Army National Guard and other units, where leadership and operational readiness were key responsibilities. R. Christopher Brown holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from American Military University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas Grantham.
