Roger Lloyd

Roger Lloyd is a seasoned budget analyst with extensive experience in federal cybersecurity and financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Budget Analyst at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since June 2020, Roger has provided comprehensive programmatic budget support for an $800 million cybersecurity program. Prior roles include Senior Management Analyst at Culmen International and a Subject Matter Expert at PotomacWave, where Roger enhanced financial management and resource alignment for significant cybersecurity initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Federal Budget Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton, where Roger advised on budgets up to $1 billion and developed policies for fiscal transparency.
