Roland Estrella

Roland Estrella, MS, MBA, currently serves as the Chief of the Data Science & Analytics Section at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since September 2021. Prior to this role, Roland held the position of Sr. Director for Science, Data Evaluation and Innovation at March of Dimes, leading initiatives focused on perinatal health data analysis and reporting from June 2019 to September 2021. With extensive experience in data leadership in Florida, Roland managed clinical research efforts at the University of Florida, contributing to policy and investment decisions for underserved populations over a decade. Earlier, as Lead Data Architect at the University of Florida’s Maternal and Child Health and Education Research and Data Center, Roland was instrumental in developing data integration and analytics to address social and health disparities. Educationally, Roland holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the same institution.
