Shahnijah Fields

ShahNijah Fields is an experienced professional currently serving as an EEO Specialist at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since March 2024. With a long-standing career in the Maryland Army National Guard, ShahNijah has held roles such as Senior Advisor and Equal Opportunity Advisor since October 2012. Previously, ShahNijah worked at the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command as the Complaints and Affirmative Employment Program Manager and Disability and Special Emphasis Program Manager from May 2022 to March 2024. ShahNijah also served as EEO Director for the Maryland National Guard from February 2020 to May 2022 and worked as Production Control Manager at the Army Aviation Support Facility from May 2009 to February 2020. ShahNijah holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Regent University (2016-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus (2010-2014).
