IT Specialist (infosec)

Sydney Marshall serves as the Identity Access Management (IAM) Program Manager within the Comptroller of Maryland’s Information Technology Division since July 2025, focusing on centralizing and standardizing identity access management for the enterprise. Prior to this role, Sydney worked as an IT Specialist (INFOSEC) at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since November 2021 and as a Data Analyst for CISA's Strategic Engagement Division from March 2020 to November 2021. Additionally, Sydney was a Policy Analyst at the US Department of Homeland Security from June 2018 to March 2020, contributing to the Office of Partnership & Engagement for State & Local Law Enforcement. Sydney holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Towson University, completed in 2018.
