Thomas Shipp, MBA, currently serves as the Chief of the Operational Services Branch at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), where responsibilities include overseeing Central’s Cyber, Physical, Communications, Intelligence, and Service Desk operations. With experience as a Supervisory Management & Program Analyst and Senior Watch Officer at the National Infrastructure Coordinating Center, Thomas has managed 24/7 operations supporting critical infrastructure sectors. Previous roles include Senior Program Analyst at LongView International Technology Solutions and Program Manager at General Dynamics. Thomas's educational background encompasses an MBA in International Business from American InterContinental University, an MA in Diplomacy and Conflict Resolution from Norwich University, and a BS in Russian Area Studies from Excelsior University, among other qualifications.
