Tim Juda

Tim Juda is an experienced human resource professional with a focus on employee and labor relations. Currently serving as Associate Chief of the Employee and Labor Relations Division at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since March 2020, Juda also holds the position of Acting Director for the same division at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security since June 2016. Responsibilities include managing a team of eight employees, overseeing case loads, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations and collective bargaining agreements. Prior roles include HR Specialist for Employee and Labor Relations and Labor and Employee Relations Specialist at various federal agencies. Tim Juda holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Rochester Institute of Technology and a BA in History and Sociology from St. John Fisher University.
