Todd Klessman

Todd Klessman is an experienced professional with a background in law and project management. After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School, Todd Klessman began a career as an attorney at Dow Lohnes from September 1999 to November 2003. Following this, Todd Klessman worked at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. as Senior Staff in the Homeland Security Division until November 2007, when Todd Klessman joined ICF as a Senior Project Manager until July 2009. Todd Klessman then transitioned to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, where Todd Klessman held various roles, including Team Lead for the Cyber Incident Reporting for Critical Infrastructure Act Rulemaking, Deputy Branch Chief for Policy and Programs, Senior Policy Advisor, Senior Counselor to the CISA Director, and Deputy Director (Acting), among others.
