Troy Lofven

Troy Lofven is a cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various roles within cybersecurity and infrastructure security. Currently serving as a Cybersecurity Advisor at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since January 2023, Troy previously held multiple positions at the State of Alaska from March 2017 to January 2023, including Cybersecurity Analyst III and Senior Systems Security Analyst. Responsibilities encompassed incident response, forensic analysis, compliance assessments, and security operations. In earlier roles, including Application Security Analyst and Security Liaison, Troy specialized in application vulnerability and incident management, collaborating with development teams to promote secure coding practices. Prior experience as an Analyst/Programmer III in software development and web application development at the University of Alaska Anchorage further solidified technical expertise. Troy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Alaska Anchorage, earned in 2017.
