Abel Diego

Abel Diego has over 25 years of experience in the ITC industry, currently serving as the Regional Sales Director at Cisco since October 2005. In this role, Abel defines sales strategies for the Government market in Mexico, focusing on projects that promote social impact. Previously, Abel held various positions at Cisco, including Sales Manager for Strategic Accounts, Regional Sales Manager for the Public Sector, and Systems Engineer Manager, contributing to significant growth and the establishment of a dedicated team for public sector initiatives. Prior to Cisco, Abel worked as Engineering Director at Avaya and as Sales Manager at Telscape Communications and Network System Integrators. Abel holds a degree from Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
