Adele Every is the Managing Director for Public Sector at Cisco, where they focus on driving sustainable business growth through sales and specialist teams that deliver value to government. Previously, Adele spent 16 years at Capgemini, ultimately serving as Vice President, where they led a high-performing team to manage a £1 billion global account and played a key role in significant national programs, including BREXIT and COVID-19 support. With an extensive network across government and partnerships with technology firms, Adele has been featured in notable tech publications and contributes to innovation program boards within the public sector. They hold a Business BSC (Hons) from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
