Aditya Nagarajan

Aditya Nagarajan is currently the Director and Associate General Counsel at Cisco, focusing on corporate and cross-border transactions, particularly within the Meraki business unit. They have extensive experience representing public and private companies as well as private equity funds in various transactional activities. Prior to their current role, Aditya served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Cisco and held an Associate position at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. They maintain a vibrant pro bono practice, notably achieving a significant reduction of sentence for a client in a recent case. Aditya earned a J.D. from Cornell Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science in History and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
