Akram Sheriff

Akram Sheriff is a seasoned Senior Technical Leader in Software Engineering at Cisco, possessing extensive experience in software development and architecture across multiple technologies, including Wireless, IoT, AWS Cloud, Edge Computing, and AI/ML. Prior positions include Member of Technical Staff R&D at Aruba, where contributions were made to location tracking solutions in various environments, and a TAC Engineer role at Cisco Systems, focusing on the company's WiFi product portfolio. Akram's career began at Robert Bosch Engineering, developing automotive applications for high-end infotainment systems. An IGNITE Fellow at Stanford University with a certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Akram also holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the University of Waterloo and has completed notable programs at MIT and Stanford.
