Alan Zhang

Alan Zhang, PhD, currently serves as the Head of Data Analytics at Cisco for Agentic Products, where they founded and expanded the Data Analytics organization, leading a team that drives predictive insights and optimizes go-to-market operations. Previously, they held roles as a Senior Data Scientist at Rodan + Fields, a Data Science Lead at Coinbase, and a Data Science Manager at GitHub, among other positions. Alan also has experience as an Assistant Professor of Marketing Science at The University of Toledo, where they published research in top-tier journals and mentored Ph.D. students. With over 14 years in the industry, Alan is recognized for their expertise in scaling data organizations and implementing machine learning frameworks to enhance business outcomes.
