At Amazon, Gustavo worked as a US HR Representative, supporting payroll processes and HR functions, before advancing to roles involving expertise in leave laws and employee support. In subsequent positions, Alberto focused on recruiting strategies and talent acquisition, showcasing skills in building partnerships, managing requisitions, and developing candidate sourcing methodologies. Currently, Alberto is employed as a Technical Recruiter at Cisco, demonstrating a commitment to fostering diverse talent pipelines while pursuing software engineering and business administration degrees at Universidad Cenfotec and Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, respectively.
