Alex Allen has a robust background in human resources spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting as a Staffing Manager at Household International, Alex progressed to positions such as HR Leader at General Electric and Sr. HR Manager at HD Supply. Alex served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Under Armour and led various HR initiatives across regions at Nestlé. At Cisco, Alex held several key roles, including Change Management Lead and Director of Inclusion & Collaboration, ultimately becoming Senior Director of Social Impact & Inclusion.
