Alok Shingala

Alok Shingala has over 17 years of extensive experience in the telecommunications domain, with a strong focus on mediation, billing systems, and network solutions. Alok began the career at Amdocs, where responsibilities included leading teams, implementing business logic for major telecom clients across various countries, and overseeing quality assurance processes. Alok then held managerial roles at Capgemini, providing technical leadership for projects in Belgium, and later worked as a Solution Architect at BroadHop, Inc. Currently, Alok serves as Enablement Lead at Cisco Systems, managing pre-sales and solution design support for mobility engagements in the APJC region. Alok holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer from the University of Mumbai.
