Amy Smith

Amy Smith is a seasoned sales and collaboration professional with extensive experience in leading initiatives and driving growth in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Americas Collaboration Partner Sales at Cisco since January 2021, Amy previously held positions such as Vice President of Alliances at both Avaya and NTT Ltd., where significant contributions included the growth of NTT's Cisco business and the development of sales strategies. Additional roles at Dimension Data involved oversight of the Digital Workplace & Customer Experience, along with leadership of the Collaboration Practice at Nexus IS. Amy began a career in technical sales as a Pre-Sales Engineer at both Nexus IS and Cisco Systems. Amy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business.
