Andrew Brockell

Andrew Brockell is an experienced information security professional with a demonstrated history in vulnerability management and IT cybersecurity. Currently serving as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) at Cisco since January 2022, Andrew oversees the Vulnerability Management program for a DoD initiative, managing reporting and compliance. Prior experience includes roles as an Information Assurance Vulnerability Manager at TEKsystems, IT/Cybersecurity Manager at Raytheon—where a team of 10 cybersecurity engineers was managed—and IT Specialist for US Government Agencies, providing senior-level system administration. Andrew began a career in IT as a Systems Engineer at WR Systems, focusing on physical security architecture, risk management, and hardware planning, and gained foundational experience as an IT Helpdesk technician at Macfadden. Andrew has pursued education at Tidewater Community College.
