Anne Lee

Anne Lee is a Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with extensive experience in HR and operations management. They worked at Cisco Systems Japan as an HR Business Analyst from 2010 to 2019, focusing on HR process improvements and employee satisfaction. After their tenure there, they served as a Continuous Improvement Program Manager and Operations Manager at Cisco until 2022. Currently, Anne holds the position of Business Architect at Cisco. They also have a Master's degree in Commerce with a specialization in Information Systems Technology and Management from the University of New South Wales, earned between 2000 and 2002.
