Anne Steinhardt is currently the Director of Strategy & Planning for Global Specialists Solutions Engineering at Cisco, where they focus on strategy, planning, and building an inclusive culture within a large engineering team. With over a decade of experience at Cisco, they have developed expertise in Service Provider technologies, Managed Services, and cloud solutions. Anne previously led marketing and communications for the Women of Cisco initiative, advocating for women in technology and mentoring young women entering the industry. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering & Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University and a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online.
