Ariana Baker

Ariana Baker is the Director of Business Development at HIRECT, where they lead a cross-functional team focused on creating innovative products that empower individuals in their careers. With over five years of experience in Business Development and Marketing, Ariana previously held positions as a Marketing and Public Relations Manager at Ring and as a Marketing Analyst at Airbnb. They earned a Master of Business Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Colorado Denver. Outside of work, Ariana enjoys traveling and has visited 30 countries, along with a passion for tennis and connecting with new people.
