Arvind Durai

Arvind Durai is currently the Chief Architect for Customer Experience in the Americas Enterprise Segment at Cisco, overseeing a region of 149 enterprise accounts and leading a team of approximately 100 consultants. They have significantly impacted Cisco's service footprint, contributing over $100 million in product and service revenue while managing technical teams and establishing effective client engagement processes. With extensive experience in enterprise architecture, Arvind has authored several Cisco press books and white papers, and has been a sought-after speaker at Cisco Live events for the past decade. They hold an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Master’s degree from Wichita State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from the University of Madras.
