Athena Lee

Athena (Chia-Yen) Lee currently serves as the Head of Risk Management at Cisco's Security Business Group, a position held since April 2025, and also leads the Vendor Risk Management Program. Previous experience includes a Cyber Risk Advisory Intern role at Deloitte, where Athena conducted cyber risk assessments and identified security gaps for clients. Athena's background also includes positions as a Cyber Risk Senior Consultant and Cyber Risk Consultant, along with a Summer Marketing Intern position at Prudential Financial. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics of Finance and Risk Management from the University of Michigan, and a Master of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of the Cumberlands, achieving a perfect 4.0 GPA.
