Barbara Cool

Barbara Cool is a Technical Delivery Manager at Cisco, where they lead large-scale initiatives focused on development and implementation of business processes to enhance customer and organizational value. Previously, they held various roles at AT&T, including Lead Vendor Manager for IOT Product Development, where they collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and developed strong relationships with global vendor partners. Barbara has also worked as a Sr. Product Development Manager, Project Manager, and Operations Supervisor, consistently refining processes and ensuring timely delivery of operational goals. They are currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Psychology at Rose State College.
