Bess Anderson

Bess Anderson is a product and design leader with a focus on user experience, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Design Research at Cisco's Duo Security. With over a decade of experience in both start-up and enterprise settings, Bess has contributed to diverse sectors including e-commerce, mobility, and security SaaS. In previous roles, Bess oversaw the product roadmap for autonomous mobility services in Japan, built and led design teams, and engaged in customer and product development strategies. Bess has also earned degrees in Anthropology and History, International Relations, Japanese Studies, and Human Computer Interaction.
