Beth O'Farrell

Beth O'Farrell has a diverse background in marketing and customer retention, with experience spanning over 15 years. Starting as a Family Games Coordinator at Morey's Piers & Beachfront Waterparks, O'Farrell transitioned to a Customer Retention Specialist role at Bank of America. Since 2010, O'Farrell has been with Textlocal, progressing through positions such as Communications Executive, CRM and Marketing Manager, and Senior Marketing Manager. Since August 2021, O'Farrell has also taken on the role of Senior Marketing Manager at Cisco. O'Farrell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing and Film Studies from the University of Derby, completed in 2007.
