Director - Customer Assurance Program

Bill Ridge has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Director of the Customer Assurance Program at Cisco Systems since July 1998, after previously holding the position of Customer Assurance Manager. Prior to Cisco, Bill Ridge worked at BHP Information Technology as a Network Operations Manager from January 1993 to July 1998, and earlier, at Telstra as a Senior Technical Officer from January 1982 to December 1990. Bill Ridge holds an MBA in Technology Management from Chifley Business School, completed between 1999 and 2005, and a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Systems from The University of Queensland, obtained from 1989 to 1992.
