Blake Anderson

Blake Anderson is a Principal Security Research Engineer at Cisco, where they lead the development of innovative features focused on machine learning and encrypted traffic analysis within the cloud and network security group. Previously, Blake held the position of Technical Leader at Cisco, investigating the synergy between machine learning and network security. They began their career as an R&D Scientist at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where they developed machine learning algorithms for malware analysis and contributed to significant research grants. Blake earned their PhD in Computer Science from The University of New Mexico in 2014.
