Brad Mack is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in the technology and communications sectors. Currently serving as VP of Contact Center Sales at BroadSoft, following its acquisition by Cisco in February 2018, Mack oversees the global promotion of CC-One, a cloud-based contact center service. Prior roles include serving as SVP of Sales at Transera Communications, where innovative cloud solutions for contact centers were developed, and leading sales teams at Intervoice and Contact Solutions Inc. Additionally, Mack held the position of Southwestern Regional Manager at Octel Communications early in their career. Brad Mack holds a BA/MA in English from Fordham University.
