Brian Stephens

Brian Stephens is an experienced Program Manager at Cisco, focusing on digitizing sales motions for the US Commercial HQ System Engineering. Previously, as a Sales Relationship Manager, Brian played a key role in enhancing Cisco's sales infrastructure. In addition to his work at Cisco, Brian serves as President of the Vector Veteran Foundation and co-founded Verus Consulting LLC, where Brian offers strategic solutions for large-scale change, Salesforce implementation, and veteran transition. Prior to these roles, Brian held various positions at Cerner Corporation, including Strategic Development Executive and Practice Manager for Asia Pacific, and gained significant experience as a Pararescueman in the United States Air Force, where Brian earned the title of Pararescueman of the Year in 1995. Brian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University and an Associate's Degree in Rescue and Recovery Operations from the Community College of the Air Force.
