Carlene Kyte

Carlene Kyte is currently a User Experience Leader for Learning and Certifications at Cisco, where they focus on creating user-centric digital experiences. They have held various leadership roles within Cisco, including serving as the Regional Co-Leader of Women of Cisco in San Diego and mentoring innovation teams through Cisco's Innovate Everywhere Challenge. With a background in digital management and project management, Carlene has contributed to significant projects aimed at enhancing employee experiences, particularly for working parents. They are also a dedicated board member of the Educational Outreach Board for Women of Cisco, Carolinas, and advocate for initiatives such as the babies-in-the-workplace program.
