Carol Chang-ching Chang is a Program Manager at Cisco Systems, where they drive the sustainable growth of the Cisco Networking Academy Program in Taiwan through partnerships with governments and educational institutions. Previously, Carol held positions at HwaCom Systems Inc. as a Product Marketing Specialist, at Lite-On IT Corporation as a Channel Sales Senior Specialist, and at Pegatron as an Engineering Project Manager focused on Apple product OEM project management. Carol also served as PM Section Manager at Genesis Technology, inc. They are currently pursuing an MBA in General Management and a BA in History from Texas A&M University and National Chengchi University, respectively, and previously earned an MS in Computer Science Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
