Carrie Campion

Carrie Campion is currently the Director of CX Americas - Service Delivery at Cisco, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as Director of Operations at VistaRMS from 1994 to 2005, where they managed a national technology staffing firm's operations. Carrie has held various positions at Cisco since 2014, including Delivery Manager in Advanced Services and Employee Engagement Manager. They also possess a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University, alongside ongoing studies at Northern Virginia Community College.
