Catherine Lai is a retired professional with extensive experience in program and process management. They began their career as a Process Manager at Pacific Bell Directory from 1988 to 1996, later serving in similar roles at Cisco IronPort Systems since 2008. Catherine also contributed to IronPort as a contractor in beta program management in 2007. They earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame, IN, which they attended from 1975 to 1979.
