Chris Hale

Chris Hale is the Senior Director of Cyber and National Security Law at Cisco, where they lead a team of global regulatory affairs experts in cybersecurity and digital resilience. They have previously served as an Executive Director and Associate General Counsel at Raytheon Technologies and worked in various capacities at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, U.S. Department of Justice, and Microsoft. Chris was also an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and currently holds a position as a Visiting Fellow at the National Security Institute. Chris obtained a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, alongside a Fulbright Research Fellowship at Seoul National University.
