Chris McGuyer has over two decades of experience in account management, product management, and business development within the technology sector. Beginning a career as an Application Engineer at Subex Ltd and Kronos, Chris transitioned into account management roles at Agilent Technologies and Sprint, where responsibilities included client relations and sales strategies. At Objective Systems Integrators, roles evolved into senior leadership as Sr. Account Director. Chris then held multiple positions at Cisco, including Digital Solutions Architect and Business Development Manager, focusing on innovative customer journeys and product strategies. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Chris also participated in a CX Hackathon aimed at leveraging AI for enhanced customer experiences.
