Christopher Watkins

Christopher Watkins is a global corporate leader with a passion for talent and organizational development. They currently serve as the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Head Above Water, where they focus on enhancing community engagement. With extensive experience at Cisco, they have led initiatives in emerging talent strategy and inclusion, resulting in significant improvements in diversity hiring and workforce development. Their previous roles also include contributions to the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where they promoted student retention and success. Christopher holds a Stanford Business Leadership Series Certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
