Classye James

Classye James, MBA, serves as the Founder and CEO of Shakeout Inc. since August 2018, focusing on developing a pipeline of athletes through various services including speaking engagements and online courses. In addition, Classye holds the position of Inclusion & Collaboration Senior Business Leader at Cisco, where responsibilities include guiding I&C action plans across engineering and corporate functions, with an emphasis on increasing engagement from underrepresented communities. Previous roles at Cisco include Operations Manager, Business Analyst, and Supply Chain Project Specialist. Classye also works as a Consultant for Mutiny, facilitating virtual office operations and hiring processes. In 2017, Classye earned an MBA from Santa Clara University after completing a B.B.A. in Finance at San Jose State University, complemented by a brief educational experience at Oregon State University.
