Clement Joseph, known as CJ, is a Site Reliability Engineering Technical Leader at Cisco Systems, where they focus on researching, architecting, and integrating Application Performance Management (APM) solutions for both traditional and cloud-native applications. With over 10 years of experience in IT, CJ possesses expertise in Performance Testing, Capacity Planning, and Front End Application Performance Tuning. They were a key driver of The Performance Management Team that received accolades as “The IT Team of the year-2016” at The American Business Awards and the International Business Award. CJ holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from KNS Institute Of Technology, awarded with distinction.
