Crystal Hsu

Crystal Hsu has extensive experience in corporate affairs and government relations, currently serving as the Head of Government Affairs at Cisco since July 2024. Previously, Crystal held positions such as Manager Corporate Affairs at Philip Morris Taiwan S.A. and Director Regulatory for the European Chamber of Commerce Taiwan. Contributions to the Taiwan Non-Store Retailers Association as a Board Member focused on representing the E-Commerce industry. Additional roles include Senior Director of Public Policy at LINE Plus Corp, Manager Investment Promotion at InvestHK, and Board Director at TaxiGo. Crystal has also served as a Legislative Aide for the Legislative Yuan of Taiwan and held various board memberships, including positions with the Tobacco Institute Taiwan and the Taiwan Internet Governance Forum.
