Crystal Weaver is a Product Design Lead at Cisco, where they leverage their expertise in UX design and strategic project management to create user-centered solutions. Crystal previously served as a Senior User Experience Designer at Ungerboeck, where they led design efforts, mentored team members, and ensured adherence to accessibility guidelines. Prior to that, Crystal worked at Missouri University of Science and Technology, coordinating video production and scheduling initiatives. They began their career as a Video Production Specialist at Missouri S&T. Crystal holds education credentials from Boston University.
