Cynthia Cooper is a seasoned program manager currently serving as a Program Manager in the Program Management Office at Cisco, where they have leveraged over 20 years of experience in program and portfolio management, IT operations, and organizational change management. Previously, they held various leadership positions, including Director at MetLife and Senior IT Program Manager at Cisco Systems, where they successfully directed acquisition integration efforts and established a Portfolio Management Office.
